Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the supply of services by GES Electrons Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England & Wales, to our customers ("you"). By requesting a quote or engaging our services you agree to these terms. They are governed by the laws of England & Wales.

1. Services

We provide installation, maintenance and repair of UPS systems, diesel generators, ATS & CTI and electrical installations. All work is carried out to BS 7671 (IET Wiring Regulations) and, where applicable, as a NICEIC Approved Contractor.

2. Quotations & Pricing

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise and are based on the information provided at the time. Additional works identified on site may be subject to further charge, agreed with you in advance where reasonably practicable.

3. Payment

Payment terms are stated on your quotation or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days. We reserve the right to charge statutory interest on late payment under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

4. Cancellation

Consumers have the right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, except where work has been expressly requested to begin sooner. Business cancellations are subject to reasonable costs incurred.

5. Warranties & Liability

Our work is guaranteed against defects in workmanship for the period stated on your documentation. Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied equipment. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Our total liability for any other loss is limited to the value of the contract.

6. Health & Safety

We comply with the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974, the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989 and the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
